The KILN supplies constant heat to your guitar soundbox. The gradual heat gently heats up the air within your guitar soundbox throughout the entire dehumidification process.

The constant heat maintains the air within the guitar warm thus giving it capacity to absorb moisture from your guitar.

Heat transfer through convection takes place naturally thus air saturated with moisture will be replaced by dryer air. No removal of guitar strings, just place your guitar in a well ventilated space for such air circulation to take place.

The KILN2.0 dehumidifies by warming your guitar gently. Three key principles of wood drying; (1) constant heat supply, (2) warm environment & (3) air circulation underpinned the ways it works.By means of these 3 principles, the KILN2.0 purges moisture from your acoustic guitar top, which reduces the top bugle, and directly lower your guitar's string height and ultimately improves playability.

Per dehumidification treatment is up to 8 hours. You could experiment with reduced duration to suit your needs.
There is no hard or fast rule on the frequency of use. If you suspect your guitar(s) has taken in excessive moisture, use it. As a guide, you could use it daily or weekly as you deem fit.
The KILN2.0 is designed for regular acoustic guitars and classical guitars. Using the Rosewood KILN on small body guitars or ukuleles are not recommended.It would not work on electric guitars. Examples of small body guitars; Baby Taylor, GS-Mini, Martin D Jr, Ed Sheeran types.
